The coaching types at the saints at present IMO are Ball,Hayes,Maguire,Maxi,Monty and Reiwoldt. Burke,Andrew Thompson and Hamill from recent times. What's Sammy doing these days? Aaron's new swimming pool construction business was given a plug by Sam Newman on the Footy Show a couple of months ago.

It could be one of the hardest years ever to get a ticket, in 97 the asking price from scalpers was around $1000, imagine if we did get to the GF without dropping a game they would be like gold. So is there any way to get a ticket if you don't have social or AFL membership? Im just a normal c...

Was listening to ABC Radio yesterday when Andrew was on. Twilight Saturday games were also discussed with a 5 pm start and two byes per season when the Gold Coast enters the competition. AFL are not really happy with the bye situation which is part of the reason the 2012 entry of another team is bei...

I agree, wonderful idea thanks. I also agree with the 50 game issue - if it's good enough to be recognized by the club, players and cheersquad... and it is... then it's good enough for a walk of fame style thing. Also, there are people who've been cruely struck down by injury who might have been yo...

Has anyone sat next to Warnie at the footy??

According to Lillian Frank's society column in today's Herald Sun, Shane Warne prefers to sit in the outer when watching the Saints play.

Have you sat next to Warnie recently??

I sincerely hope the boy goes well and all this publicity, before he has played a senior game, does not prove to be too much for him.

Were you there when the lights went out??

Was watching a bit of "The Back Page" on Fox Sports earlier this week and one of their features was the game between the Saints and Essendon at Waverly Park where the lights went out. Apparently it is 13 years ago this month - doesn't time fly. I remember the mid-week replay of the game bu...
