He didn't look like much of a perfectionist in one of the last games he played for us against the kangas. We got smashed and as I watched goddard walking down the wing screaming at someone else to chase, I knew he would leave. I actually stopped going for a while as this angered me so much. Goddard is not a perfectionist, he expects everyone else to do their best to make him perfect. Fairly obvious why he and BJ clashed. BJ is a perfectionist, demanding of 110% from himself and those around him, and Carlisle is a bit more laissez faire.
