And that is relevant why?

If your hire someone, and they are not up to it, you let them go.

If you draft someone, and they are not good enough you let them go.

It is actually a good thing that Pelchen can recognise and act if someone is not working out, even if he was part of the original selection process.

A fool is the one that does not act on their mistakes.

And sport is an activity where mistakes are plentiful. Coaches, players, recruiters.....

I have heard Schneids has removed the vending machines and taken over the Canteen and drinks procurement (17 to 23 drinks per man per day).
CJ has taken over media and marketing plus OH & S.
Lenny has taken over the laundry service as he keeps things so neat and clean.
Joey has taken over all club contracts and finances (this is a good thing because hes tight fisted and doesn't like writing cheques - will save us a fortune)
Chips is now in charge of travel arrangements ( he already has some flight credits he can use)
Gilbo will be handling all sales and ownership of club merchandise including visual images.
Dempster will be fitness coach.

The problem is most here keep saying senior players. it was basically all players whether young or old who couldnt get him at all.

Having run my own business for quite some time I can tell you that occasionally people can perform really well in an interview process but once employed turn out to have some very serious issues. And the opposite can also be true. In fact one of my best staff members scuttled in the door and would not make eye contact when she dropped off her cv. As we were looking for someone at the time I had a quick read and told her that her cv was unacceptable and whe would never even get as far as an interview.
Have had some very overconfident people as well who interviewed really well but turned out to be disasters when placed on a work trial.

Not a hope in hell. SW would have been in the meetings with Joey. There is no way the club told Joey 3 weeks ago SW will be sacked. And again I say it just isnt senior players unhappy with SW.

You cant seriously think certain players were told 3 weeks ago that SW will be sacked. Not a hope in hell. Something like that would get out for sure. And are you actually saying you dont think both Pelchan and SW would have been in meetings with Joey. Come off it. As much as it seems they couldnt get on they still would have had to have many meeting together over the trade period.
