My brother and sister-in-law flew in from Singapore for the Prelim and flew back Sunday after the GF.

They are now arriving back here Thursday and Saturday morning.

Phew, was I glad I got their tix, the pressure was on as they had already scrambled to get any available flights...

My nephew was flying out to Vegas this coming Saturday morning and has postponed his flight 24 hours. Which cost him a small fortune...

Great news Saint Bev. I just read this whole thread in one go and was sad when I read that you were not able to make it  So disappointing for you.
Then happy when I got further down the thread to see that things had worked out for you guys.

Congrats to all those in this thread - the efforts made are amazing.

And to those who made it last week and are unable to make it back this week, I really feel for you. To have got here once from across the country, or overseas is an amazing effort in itself and shows your dedication to our club, with most of you also holding full memberships and SC memberships to ensure you're able to make it on the big day.
Amazing commitment and very impressive

Flew back to Perth this morning......flat, tired and niggardly but my greyhound is happy to see me :P however, my 2 cats are ignoring me :( I don't think they like being locked in cages for a week.

Just finished booking my plane flights for the GF replay......... back into to Melbourne late Fri eve.......... then fly out to Perth at sparrow fart sunday morning. Sadly I won't be able to join the celebrations at Moorabbin on Sunday.

Go Saints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's actually more than tingles....I don't know whether it is the emotion of the weekend or what but whenever I hear, see or read anything Saints I start to tear up.

Tickets in hand, flights and accomodation booked at a small fortune, back Friday night to fly out Sunday arvo. And unemployment looming over the horizon. We'd better get up or I may very well lose my house for nothing
