The biggest of all.
Trout set the club back 10 years, particularly with that move. Billings over Bont was another stuff up but less obvious I suppose.

Re: No leaders.....no fight

We’re an entirely different team with Marshall and Ryder. Hard to compete when you’re smashed in the clearances all night. It was the same with the Essendon game and same against the Demons. We need to pay the price for a decent backup rather than the witches hats we bought over summer.

Re: 30-14

I thought the umpiring was pretty poor and one-sided from all umpires yesterday. I was particularly aggrieved the they missed (or at least I hope they did) Nick Hayne deliberately tripping a player while we were taking a free. It was disgraceful - should've been a 50 mp. With that said, a few of our...

Re: Treloar

I trust our recruitment team but there’s a part of me that’s disappointed we didn’t pop on Treloar given he wanted to come to us and would be cheap. Imagine adding him, Crouch and Higgins to our midfield ... my god, we’d be flag favourites.

Re: You heard it here first..................

Treloar is a terrific player but I'd be worried about his ability to cope with having his family living in another state. He has already acknowledged the fact that he has had a tough battle with anxiety issues in the past My Collingwood mate tells me that’s why they are keen to let him go, that and...

Re: Dangerfield cleared

He punched the ball and .035 of a second later had impact. Had no time to drop his arm at all. I knew he would be cleared - but if he had kept his fist going in the direction of the ball it would have been a glancing blow - instead he 'cocked' and made sure the hit was felt! Disagree SD, can't see ...

Essendon FFS. Any other club I could have accepted. Makes me feel like puking Disappointing in some respects but he's only played 11 games or thereabouts so I don't blame us if we didn't offer a massive contract. I can't believe that he chose Essendon either. They are going to be terrible for a few...

Re: Will AFL review Cotchin, Lynch and 3rd umpire?

One really strange thing I heard after Hannebery toe-poked the ball over the boundary line and he was pinged for deliberate out of bounds, the umpire said to him “bad luck”. It shows, doesn’t it, that the umpire thought he didn’t mean to kick it over the boundary, which I thought was odd because isn...
