I'm going.
But mixed emotions.

Yes, it was one of the greatest H&A games ever.
But for me it will always be tarnished by what happened (or didn't happen) 14 weeks later.

Boy oh boy... being a saints fan is Grim when you host days remembering a round 14 game 10 years ago...
Great game... but reminiscent of the DVD of the ‘streak’ we released in 2004 that was a laughing stock

Tell me why this 2004 side didn't win a premiership? Have a look at all the players.

I think some on here will be hanging out for the panel discussing last weeks win in 10 years time...

Why is an Essendon official going to be there Thursday?

Also; in that picture of the 2004 preseason celebration, there are 24 players. Did they have 6 on the interchange?

Yes 6 as they were really glorified JLT games. But still.

If I recall we lost against Port due to interuptions from the crowd taking away focus after Gehrig kicked his 100th.

Port Adelaide 14.10 (94) St Kilda 13.10 (88) AAMI Stadium

I may be wrong.

We had the momentum at the start of the game which
Was ended when the crowd came on the ground but it was 10 minutes into the first quarter and the game was always close .
People forget too that in the first final against the lions at the gabba they smashed us by 10 +goals.
So if we had of made the GF who knows how we would have gone

Really good night.
Compered by Beva.
Panel was Gardy, Luke Ball, Jason Blake, Zach Dawson and of course Milney.
Milney was superb and kept the jokes coming.

And of course we won the game.
