Now there's a couple of occurances where the cause and effect relationship is quite clear (one event causes another event and basically directly influences a result to occur)

The losses are more as a result of poor drafting and poor footy development and in the last 12 months has been mainly because of poor coaching

If Richo was a better coach his win loss record would not have been as low as it is. If Richo and his development staff and coaches had any brains they would not have been so quick to stamp Hickey as not being able to cope in the era of no 3rd man up ,,,I don't even think the proper season had started and tony74 was criticising Tom on this forum( after a stellar 2016 all of a sudden they concluded that Hickey was number 2 in line viewtopic.php?f=1&t=92199&p=1653859&hil ... y#p1653859 ). Ok he didn't directly bag him, but he didn't defend him either.
