Hopefully all those who seem to want to delete our ruck stocks and trade them out can now give it a rest.
I posted on the longer staying around longer thread that our ruck stocks are no greater than other sides...
Longer had injuries but has spent what time he has played developing his forward skills (apparently backline last week)

I have listed below the ruck stocks for every team at the start of 2016... This was in s fox footy report back in February.

For simplicity the numbers are

So apart from pinch hitters ( we only have Bruce) we have less or around the same
rucks than most teams and you want to get rid of Longer who is likely as good as most of the second string ruckmen on other lists

Unfortunately he has no idea how to find the footy. Just because he can jump doesn't make him a player with potential. No comparison to Mason Cox

I saw that pick up and goal he scored in a pre season game V Brisbane I think, and he looked reasonably handy. As I've stated on a previous thread, comparisons (IMHO) are odious, Jason Holmes is worth persevering with, despite whoever is doing well at Colondud.

I'm loving the leadership at our Club at the moment, particularly from Richo. What a clear message this sends. Its all about the whole playing group, that they're a squad on a mission and everyone has a valuable role.
