Richo is a bit cliched but then so is everyone else in footy. It doesn't matter what he says, it's how the team plays and how much it improves is all that I care about. Based on this years performances, you'd have to say he has a better idea of what's required than most other league coaches. He can't blurt the same s*** week after week, the proof is certainly in the pudding! Keep it up Richo.
