BTW, I thought he was very good again. Was continually in dangerous spots at the fall of the ball. Some smart field kicking to advantage, and unlike in the OP, I saw him get caught only the once whilst assessing his options.

I love his whacked out run up, he does everything you shouldn't, head back behind his body, leans back, holds the ball a meter from his body and walks for 40 meters before the running starts but just does the job. He is really quick which helps too.

There we're many here who wanted him to stay in the garage after last week.
Actually that Walk like an Eygptian description is very good, maybe after he kicks a goal, they should blast a couple of bars of that over the PA system at Etihad when it is our home game. Unless of course it would be politically incorrect to do so.
