Hi Guys, have never seen this bloke play apart from the youtube clips, but know 3 blokes who follow Port in the Sanfl and they all reckon this guy could be something a little special. They also reckon that the penny dropped 1/2 way through the year. And at 23, might be a really surprising prospect in 2012. They reckon he could be a terrific bargain. Sounds bloody good to me!

Its a worry that at 21 he was a fixture in the SAFL reserves.....
at 21 we label some guys who havent cracked it in the VFL (or the AFL) as guys who should be delisted...
Hope he is a late maturer and not a Josh Houlihan, Phil Raymond, Justin Sweeney, Nick Heyne type who does not have the nuts and bolts in their game
Good luckk to him though....he has impressed someone

Correct. Sanfl reserves last year , sanfl seniors this season. Big jump to AFL. Saad was the target - this guy was just a speculative pick that you pay nothing for and hope he finds something extra when put in the right environment eg Jimmy Gwilt.
