Got a bit narky with some of the questions, and was a little rude I thought. Got a large degree of confidence about him, which I think is a reaction to the criticism the media heaped on him in his first year.

But that's something all the great coaches have, so I'm quite happy.


Stuck to the message and nothing too interesting - Geelong still the benchmark, 7-0 means nothing next week when the ball is bounced.

Interesting that he said '04 was 5 years ago, have turned over 70% of the list and that it means little in terms of the 'streak' back then.

Said that the preferred structure was with two ruckman and Kosi and Rooey forward.

Also praised Leigh Tudor.


And said that the Saints players now have the "meat and potatoes" in their fitness program that makes them strong through the hips and hamstrings, and allows them to tackle properly. Gave credit to fitness staff.
