So bad I prefer to watch netflix when usually I watch most games.
Only watched the saints match at the weekend and that was a shocker after quarter time too.
The footy is really crap this year.

I watched ten minutes of the Tiges Shitney game yesty as it was live on 7mate up here. Absolutely no passion or urgency from either side. Just rubbish. My mate who is a tiger fan was at the game and he said it was absolute garbage

I tend to watch games whilst listening to spotify and reading at the moment. Never used to. It's a bit like the cricket - background noise. I just check for a score update every few minutes. Aside from Saints games of course - rediscovered the anger and frustration of watching St Kilda fail to deliver on promise again which I've done for 40 odd years now. ...Sigh...

I used to watch about 6-7 games a week last year and previous years. Now I watch the saints game and the NRL, there 6 again rule has made it more watchable than the AFL. I can’t believe this is how I feel but it is.

It's been crap for a while. I grew up watching all the games religiously. That probably changed around the time of sirengate and whispers in the sky, along with the Sydney Swans/Ross Lyon boring gamestyle and COLA, killing the bump, squads of first round players to Gold Coast and GWS, the death of the full forward.... yeah, it certainly hasn't got better.

Agree, and I've got a lot of old mates who won't even watch it.

Sad to admit it, but I agree. NRL has been very watchable since the rule change, quickened it Right up.
