Seems Blake is fine to play. Results coming through now. Not sure that he was even looked at.

14 players find from Brisbane and St Kilda fined for the 'melee'.

My apologies. Blake was looked at. He can accept a reprimand.

Bit of a concern leading into finals if something was to happen....

Is there anywhere where we can check out of curiosity all the other saints players with points over their head??

Was he one of them? Mind you, it'd be a whopper of a fine.

I hope the club appeals, this Jason Black guy is causing all this trouble for us, and he's not even in the team!

Dale Thomas not even looked at. Not saying he should have gone, but at least it should have been looked at. If he had the StKilda No.10 on his back they definitely would have at least investigated it.

Maybe they just couldn't believe Daisy Thomas could throw a jumper punch?

Yes, under the Baker Rule, low impact, intentional high contact, 3 weeks.

I only fight when I'm mad...otherwise, I don't see the point.

Exactly.

The MRP are corrupt, so a waste of time fighting a lost cause.

Forget appealing against the Gilbert decision.

Can't we appeal against that measly sanction against McGrath?

Agreed he plays for the opposition, but let's challenge it on the ground he had Sam Gilbert by the throat and Gilbert couldn't get him to release the half nelson or what ever McGrath had on him.

Not enough punishment for something that fell with the melee.

Melle-confused fight or struggle or crowd, not grabbing your opponent by the throat.

Given that it only took them one week to (conveniently) forget their crackdown on off-the-ball sniping, best go nowhere near the corrupt pack of pricks.
