Sorry to take so long getting back...
Near enough St Fid,

The G-Train holds the record for the highest score at York Park (a few others have scored 4 goals for different teams).

...just like Buckets Loewe (in the previous question) at Manuka Oval.

Your turn St Fid.

I think you'll find HD is right.

1877, St Kilda (a "junior" club at this stage) and Melbourne both travelled to South Australia to play combined SA teams and the Adelaide club. St Kilda won both its games, but I don't know the exact scores.

The South Australian-based "Victorian" SA premiers in 1877, repaid the favour by visiting Melbourne in 1878, but there are no details of the success or otherwise of this trip.

Of the other 7 foundation clubs that joined in 1897, who was the last one we beat?

Essendon.

Though we drew with them in 1903, it took until R4, 1906 to break the drought, when we beat them, at the Junction Oval by 31 points.

You got it, Fid.

Bobs selection broke a run of 6 ducks, including a number 2 selection in the '86 draft by the name of Sims.

It is your go, Fid. Well done. :)

Who am I?

Recruited from Seaford, I played my first game for St Kilda v Hawthorn in 1980.

I went on to play 157 games for the Saints over 10 seasons.

I represented Victoria once, and won the best clubman award in 1981.

(He was also one of my favorite players during bleak times).
