To clear this up ... it is not just on Prime in regional areas... it is on Ch 7 in Melbourne BUT at 8pm so a 1 hour delay ...

No doubt "How I met your Mother" will run over time. 
No doubt there will be twenty minutes plus of waffle before the ball is bounced.
No doubt there will be an extended half time.
No doubt here will be heaps of ads at each break pushing the times back.
And no doubt it will finish later than 11pm which is still way too late for me.
I'm going to have to listen to the radio and then tape the Fox replay which commences at 11pm and will have none of the above.
