Nah... Fiora won't change from 17... Family has always worn #17 and its the reason he took it soon as it was available.fisher_fan wrote:9 - Sam Fisher

Numbers up for grabs

i reckon gilbert would 'look' best in number 2 but i reckon he will get 9 as he is sort of similar to G, early in his career
attard in 13 is pretty sold
armo pehaps for 2 or 9
4 is pretty tough...hard number to live up to - goddard and gilbert (again) would be my first choices...or if we trade for someone 'good' (aka not a fringe, aka fevola/adcock/haselby/etc) then they can be put in the number 4

Apart from Sam Gilbert, we have no kids who are deserved of a low-numbered jumper IMHO
If Brooks or Gardy had come on Id have given him #2, but not with the year they had..so..
Luke Ball from #14 to #4...or retire it for a year
Gilbo for #9
Sam Fisher to have #2 if he wants it, or retire it for a year.
Attard #13
Armitage, Mini, Rix et al have done nothing to deserve prestigious numbers IMHO
I'm really glad the the Club seem to pay enogh respect to jumper numbers these days that the era of (For example) Craig Devonport or Stephen Newport wearing #1 are gone forever

I suppose that theory will be tested.saint66au wrote:Apart from Sam Gilbert, we have no kids who are deserved of a low-numbered jumper IMHO
