I dont know if Max with his kicking style is ever going to be a great kick on goal. Perhaps when he fills out and gets more strength and aerobic fitness he will improve. At the moment he never looks balanced or comfortable in front of goal. Plus his ball drop is all over the place, it's as if he doesnt look at the ball onto his boot at all, just stares blankly at the goals.

Stop fiddling with the f****** ball !!!! The last shot i sweat the laces were to the side not on top . Wish the cameras would capture his holding of the ball so coaches could point it out to him . Or fly him to Sydney and get plugger to train him

Agree with this. Making him kick 300 shots at training won't do anything. Even if he kicks 250 of them, the little man on his shoulder will resurface any time he has a shot in game. This is where the club psychologist earns their money.

Yeah he missed goals that he should have kicked & we probably lost because of it but IMO makes me believe we have a future with Max on our list. At least something to look forward to but IMO only
