How many wins have we had in the last 20 matches? Why did it take this long for the head coach to figure out we needed a different game plan?tony74 wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 1:51pmCongratulations staying the journey at Moorabbin ( freezing it was ). Richo should stay in Melbourne. That would be a different planScollop wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 2:59pmHow many wins have we had in the last 20 matches? Point taken. My personal view ( and that of the club) is there is nothing wrong with the game plan. Problem is we have continuily shown we can’t execute it consistently. So this week we will tinker with it. Will it work? All I can say was there was a sharp show of enthusiasm during track work this week.Scollop wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 2:59pmHow many wins have we had in the last 20 matches? Re: Guess this week's ins and outs
Usually you get a coach in if there's issues with teams unable to execute plays& plans etc. It looks to me like the communication between coach(s) and players is a big issue. I believe that many of our players are playing way below what they are capable of, and that's something that is not being addressed.tony74 wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 3:47pmPoint taken. Let's keep the game plan tinkering to ourselves though, wouldn't want to telegraph a possible competitive advantage would we.

Wow what a pathetic post. You clearly have absolutely no idea what is involved in AFL football and what players put there bodies through. Chooses when he wants to be brave and strong !!!!! pffft you pathetic keyboard warrior. One thing to pot players when they are down and not playing well but to question their leadership and toughness based on what you see and knowing nothing about the bloke is weak as piss. You know why he is playing the way he is do you. Know what he went through last year off footy, what he went through to get his body back up and running. being sent back onto the field when injured. sitting in hospital cause you can't walk.WellardSaint wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 12:44pmArmo reminds me of the title of a NZ movie...

Re: Guess this week's ins and outs
DWOODROW went into bat for his bro, Armo.
I think if Armo is injured, he should tell the coaches that he is not able to perform at the top level.
If someone is sick at work, they get a medical certificate and take time off until they recover.
Mate, it's not rocket science!
You also said he should have been traded when he had some currency.
There's an implication that he is unhappy at the club, he needs a fresh start somewhere else, whatever.
So why doesn't he just keep playing for the Zebs, get his 40 touches, and not play for the Saints
if he can't stand Richo or Dunstan or Stuv or whoever else grinds his gears?
Does he think he should be captain?
If so, and he is peeved at missing out, again, just keep playing for the Zebs.
He has so much to offer, with all of his experience,
but if either his heart or body aren't up for it,
by all means, ask his manager to get him out of there, or just play Zebs until his contract is up.

1. Yeah I did go into bat for Dave cause your not only having a go at his footy which I don't care to much for, you are having a go at his character and his supposed lack of courage ect. You clearly know nothing about David so keep your mouth shut.
2. David got injured last year and as most players was told he could probably run through it, get over it, have an injection and keep going. As you might know he had all of last year off so that kind of counts as a medical certificate I would say. He actually went in for a couple of operations. Go figure
3.Not rocket science indeed.
4. Yes I did say he should have been traded. Because I genuinely wanted him to come North to play football. As for implying that David is unhappy at the club or can't stand Richo, Dunstan or Stuv please refresh me where i said David couldn't stand these people. All of the thoughts I have written have been mine and if they come across as if someone is angry or has something against the St Kilda football club then you would be right. I am pissed off, nothing to do with David.
5. Does he think he should be captain?????? Where the hell are you coming up with this s***. When has this ever been a factor. Your pulling s*** out of your arse now.
6. Funnily enough when he started the year he played the first 2 games in the midfield and had 25 possessions and over then played a poor 3rd game and was dropped. People keep comparing his stats with that of midfielders this year. How many games has he missed and he has been stuck in nearly the worst, shhittest forward line in the competition and people want to compare his possessions with midfielders possessions for the year. f****** hilarious.
I have been in his ear about asking to be traded and getting out of the club because I think St Kilda do an absolute s*** job of managing their players. When they are playing well its all rose coloured glasses but when they are down they are outcast. Too many people thinking their own self importance is more than anyone who isn't an elite footballer. I have been to a few functions and seen it first hand. but to Dave's detriment he wants to stay at St Kilda.
As for playing for the Zebs as you keep saying. He is and has been. Not rocket science.
I'm still cold at the moment. I'm happy to warm up but and start saying what I really think

Why did it take this long for the head coach to figure out we needed a different game plan?tony74 wrote: ↑Thu 31 May 2018 1:51pmCongratulations staying the journey at Moorabbin ( freezing it was ). By the way I think Armo has been a fabulous Sainter

Plus 1. Sorry WSfelix wrote: ↑Sat 02 Jun 2018 10:23amGood reply to silly comments.DWOODROW wrote: ↑Sat 02 Jun 2018 6:58amWellardSaint,WellardSaint wrote: ↑Sat 02 Jun 2018 4:09am DWOODROW went into bat for his bro, Armo.

Summed it up nicely.DWOODROW wrote: ↑Fri 01 Jun 2018 11:26pmWow what a pathetic post.
"Once Were Warriors"
He can have courage, desire, fire in the belly,
but he is no longer in the best 22 because,
his judgement is very poor, skills sub-par,
and he chooses when he wants to be brave and strong,
and it's hardly ever.
NOT a leader, nor a team player.
Elizabethr will get salty, only because she is i think related to him. Biased much?
You are a complete loser and so are many other posters on this f****** shitful site. You bag players and chip away thinking you are all Gods gift to football. How many have actually played elite football. This would have to be the most narcissistic piss poor excuse for a forum I have ever been on.
Would love to catch up with a few posters on here and see if they talk as hard face to face.
Most amusing pathetic s*** ever.
