The worrying thing about yesterday was he made some really bad disposal errors, which is usually his strong point.

How’s he being developed?
It’s not linear but do we have a plan for him?
Is his skills and attributes being indoctrinated into a game plan that’s cohesive and clear to him? Aka does he know what his role is? He’s no enforcer
Our development track record is Shyte full I’d start there when players with obvious ability start to go backwards .....you don’t lose that ability overnight......that’s confidence and support for mine

100%. Newnes used to be a good kick and tackle; Billings was a sharp-shooting half-forward; Membrey was a dead-eye dick etc etc. We've just completely managed to de-skill our talent (either through a rubbish game plan or actual non-development of skills)
