Steven has been good but hasn't taken his game to another level IMO
Dempster has surprised me but that's my fault for not rating him highly enough
Montagna has also been better than I thought he would be.
Bruce has been one of our top three for the season and I wasn't even sure he was top 22.
But at the end of the day. How many wins would we of got without Roo?
Still a huge concern for us is our reliance on him. And I dare say as great as we think he is, we still underestimate him.

I'd say Steven's been much more consistent than Armo. Not much out of Armo second half of the season. Steven in a canter for mine.

And I'm also not sure Bruce has been one of our top three. Similar to Armo, he's done nothing since the Essendon game. I'd have him about 7-9 in the B&F.

Votes aren't decided by another level otherwise Roo may have only won one or two. It will be very close based on coaches votes. Jack has voted in 11 games and Armo in 10 but Armo has more votes. Armo also missed a game and in that game Jack was given best player for us by the coach. Armo will lead but it could easily come down to tomorrow nd if Armo doesn't play and Jack plays well that could be it. Also the voting system is important. The one thing we should be all able to say is only 2 players can win the B&F and that Armo and Jack. Huge gap to third.
