Did I hear Longer subbed out? Bruce needed to go. Sometimes a poor performing side can benefit from removing a forward. A ruck could have gone forward to take the taps and allow the forwards to only play as forwards with presuure around the pack.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

They are saying injured but it had to be Hickey or Longer anyway.

Nice piece of home town cheating by the umpire. Membury clearly being held running back towards goal in clear view of umpire 24.

Plenty of passengers now. The stats are showing Saints falling in all categories. Suggests the pressure is not the same and players are deflating from poor kicks to forwards and at goal. Too many being caught in tackles suggests th leadership group is not helping enough with players not being aware of their close opponents.

Reckon Hickey has done more in this quarter than Longer in most games. Im biased. I will admit that.

We have a long way to go. Too many kids in the side to be competitive against sides with good skills but also apply good pressure. We need clear on ground leadership. Not the type of do what I do but in terms of instruction and clarity to meet the game plan.

We always manage to play Port into form for some reason. I just don't understand this. It started years ago but got worse when we lost that first game of the season when the Rodent chewed us up around the packs.

Thanks. I never agreed with 2 rucks being selected many weeks ago when they tried a ruck forward. We missed so much opportunity in getting our forward structure corrected.
