Damn, I thought I was the only one. No mention of how many were going to be accepted. Would be interesting to get a close look at things but I won't be going.

The offer to 'hike and mountain bike through the mountains, tackle the rapids as well as study and implement the game plan that will be outlined by our coaching staff'.

Think I'll have to decline.

I did all those physical things years ago in Queenstown

The Saints will need to get their terminology correct if they want to endear themselves to Kiwi's............ its called TRAMPING in NZ not hiking!

I really think at 70 years I don't want to white water raft down the Shot Over River again............... it was scary enough when I did it in my 30's.

Also I don't think I would learn too much from the coaching staff to be able to implement our game plan......................... I study it enough from our resident experts on Saintsational And there is no 'group think' amongst our S/S experts on our game plan............. every one likes to have a different opinion, with some colourful language thrown in, that I'm sure the Saints coaching staff would spare me from

So me thinks.......... I'd best decline this offer too, just use my saved up pennies to go over to NZ for the ANZAC game again in 2015...... as maybe next year we might win a match in Windy Wellington.

I got the invite- But can't get time off work-- and would have t6o follow the hike via the internet anyway- can't even get out of the dentist chair let alone up a mountain.

I didn't get invited but I'm only a gold member, not Platinum or Diamond, so I'm a lowlife lol!

But thanks to Optus I don't have any emails from early Thursday until Friday night so maybe I was invited
