Weller and Shenton.

Thought they both played better than some of their higher rated team mates.

They did.

Steven found his form again for the year.

Siposs showed something, could have ended up with 3 goals, and linked up in the middle well.

When we have a settled back 6, Delaney and Bruce will be far better. They were both okay, but don't underestimate the importance of Fisher, Gilbert and Geary.

Even Milera wasn't terrible.

Weller looked good once he moved on to Ablett was able to hurt him the other way which worked. Yea Ablett still got the ball but did not hurt us as badly as he did in the 1st half

Dont think we can rely on Fisher coming back for any long period of time. We need to look at life beyond him.
He was on radio today and he did a great job and spoke very well . Says he is seriously considering giving golf a shot once he finishes.

I was at the game and Milera was much better than Mav. Milera's best game I think. He played with confidence.

The thing I like about shenton is his attack on the footy, when he hits the footy he has pace and picks the right options.....

Yes, pleasantly surprised at the good games from Shenton and Wellar (2nd half), as well as Sipposs and Milera to lesser degrees.

Lenny - an absolute champion effort in a team that was beaten by Quarter time :!:
