The game plan - numbers numbers numbers

Post: # 1433536Post Solar »

I am saying this early. I like the game plan.
Numbers around the ball, work hard to in defence and run it out. All about the tackle, run with it and take it on. But second efforts.
Example, second quarter wright picks it up, side steps and takes the game on, goes for a bounce and it runs away from him. He jumps back after it and locks it in.

That quarter is the template for the season. Make mistakes, maybe out muscled but never let them out want it saints!!!

Midfield, need to develop a future midfield. It starts TONIGHT!!

What I didn't like was we we were all sucked into the ball and allowed to the Bulldogs to circle the contest and have too many easy take aways...same in defence in marking contests everyone up and players forgot about their opponents allowing the Bulldogs small forwards easy goals.

First game under a new coach, lots of leaders missing!

No razor blades just disppointed because it was happening last year also. Its not rocket science surely the miriad of coaches we have can see it occurring and correct it?

If that was happening i bet they do see it. Im guessing our coaches know more than any single person on here.

Yeah but if we were all to combine our footy knowledge I bet we'd make an awesome super coach huh!

Therefore they should neve be question.... After all, a senior coach never makes a mistake...

Not sure why we have a forum? No need for discussion, coach is always right! And we can't express opinions?

Bit hard to tell what Richo's game plan is like after just one prakky much but one thing is clear:

Richo likes to play the pagans paddock. Scored at least two like that and a few more chances too.

Did i say that. I pointed out that WO was complaining about something the coach would see. Obviously its something you fail to see. That is where you sometimes struggle BM. You just struggle to understand the obvious and then go off on a completely different tangent.

I went and it is disappointing that when a game is to be won,
we do not have a leader who says I take the risks and try to win this game.
Even though it's a prac game. good leaders still shine when needed.
