Beau was not great tonight gave as much as Kosi does would like to see Lee in next week. Just a matter of not kicking bough goals tonight.
Happy with the effort but missed an xfactor up forward.

Drops simple marks. That is - not AFL standard.

Went missing in the last and dropped a BIG mark half way during last.
Just don't see where the future/upside is especially if Lee is ready to go.

Would do a lot better if the ball was delivered to him to give him a chance..rabbits like Steven spraying the ball just don't give the forwards a chance

Lets see who plays better for Sandy this weekend, Kosi or Lee, and reward the better with a game next week.

Too bad for Wilkes that he can't mark over his head.....it's a big issue for a Key Forward

he won't make it...we need to keep searching

Why talk about a single team member.........if you watched the game you surely must have come to the inevitable conclusion that our boys are kind of challenged when it comes to the vital issue of communicating with each other with the footy..........THEY CANNOT deliver the ball to each other.......that is why we lost tonight...nothing else.....

I thought he was good- went along way from home and ran back hard, can play anywhere and takes contested marks. not heaps of goals but looked really good to me. I actually think he is that midsized lead up that Ross Lyon went looking for.

wow must have been watching a different game

thought he good, presented well, contests well and is good on the ground. Worked really hard and led up the field

i wil say this... it's clear that he should not be the main FF, not a strong enough mark for that

He worked his arse off, was better than last week and deserves to have some faith shown in him. Fitter and better than he was last year and has lost the histrionics as well which is good. Is he the messiah -no of course not but he's well in front of Kosi and Lee at this stage.

Agree although i would make an additional change or two. Keep Stanley back meaning we need a third tall (Lee) and we have one too many tall backs (drop Blake). Then drop a small forward for another midfielder (Ross / Wright / Ledger).

yep Id go with that.

Stanley looks composed down back.....let him settle and see what he can do.

Maister was ok. He is ok. But that is all he will ever be - OK.

He is a 6/10 player. Not much variation week to week. He ranges beteen 5.5-6.5/10.

Kosi ranges between 2/10 and 7/10.

I think we need to take a punt on Lee.

Saad would get bullied in the centre he's too small and light. It's time to start grooming an inside mid such as Ross. Give him a month of senior footy and see what he's got.

Another couple of stinkers like his first two games this year and you'd have to think about it surely

Expectations on Maister are extremely unrealistic on SS. He's a decent enough third tall option. You need players like him.....He's decent support for Roo and well ahead of Kosi IMO. He's never going to be a Cloke or Buddy, need to keep that in perspective.
