bumping from about 2 rear wheel kw to about 4

theres an old guy down near our way in the town (quite busy area) and he insists on riding the thing on the road i kid you not, we were driving to the bank yesterday and he had us all waiting for him as he went around the round about
silly old bugger should be on the pavement really but its a site to behold
5 or 6 cars all stopped at the various points around the small round about and this little old man scooting thru doing about half a kmh
he cares not one bit about the mayhem he causes
