Re: Training
If that's the case... So much for an incident free pre season. He has been training fully, so for him to pulled out of training there has been an issue, and the club would prefer not to give it any media legs.... If it is 'awareness' in his hammies, I think he has some serious mental demons to over...

Training Monday 16th
It looks like all bar 3 players were on the track today. With jack Lonie running laps. Hugh Goddard running laps and one of the NZ guys I think was on light duties. observations: Paddy looks bigger - big, big young man. Still growing?? great hands this fellow has. Jack stevens sporting a beard. Roo ...

Re: Training today
Yipper, none of our new players impressed? You mentioned Ed Philips, then said nothing about him. to be honest - I don't yet recognise them all. Plus with the glare and being so far away. I will rely on Tony giving us a run-down. I was looking for Jack Steele - but think he was inside. Koby Stephen...

Re: Training today
Brandon white is impressing due to his work ethic - he was running hard up the front in that gruelling running drill they did, he is showing good form on the track - played well in match simulation and he looks cut. Developing into a very fit, strong footballer.

Of course my apologies. Indeed. Brandon White is doing everything he is one of the leaders in the running. And he also played well in the match simulation. He is looking great.

Training today
Had the opportunity to stop in and have a look at them this morning at Seaford. Not easy to see across the ground in the sun and it was really quite glary - but... it was a really tough session - the boys are being worked hard. they did set drills training in 3 groups - all about clearances and movi...

Re: FREEMAN OFF TO GERMANY FOR HAMSTRING FIX
Was running 3 km ever his problem? I'd be more impressed if he was winning sprints. You've got to be going at a really decent clip for the entire run of 3km to finish 2nd at an AFL level time trial. It's a pretty good sign. Let's hope he doesn't miss a beat all pre-season and gets to play in the NA...

For a decent player sounds like a good idea. Maybe Luke Bruest would like to play for the Saints.[/quote]
He does. Lifelong saints fan. Would have loved to pull on the saints jumper.

Re: PLugger Lockett
I can still recall a practice match vs Brisbane bears at the time - he kicked a lazy 12 - did not even get out of a slow gallop. he kicked one of those goals with 4 x bears hanging onto him - he actually ran a further 10 meters with these guys hanging onto him - all 4 of them and calmly slotted the ...
