Stop the soft tissues and gain instant leg speed easily

The hard surface of the Telstra dome causes more fatigue, resulting in soft tissue injuries. In 2006 the bulldogs came out flying as the fastest team in the league because they used the substance "Jump Juice" which basically stops lactic acid build up. Ever wondered why the bulldogs seem t...

Raph is the mobile forward we are lacking, if he gets games there he will improve rapidly, Charlie Gardner looks quite lost there at the moment when Rooey is in the side but may be ok witout Roo BJ is good where he is because of our backline missing talls with good kicking skills, but willl eventaul...

So many turkeys on here... Maybe after all that criticism he copped for shedding a tear when he realised his season was stuffed against the Lions , he thought it showed some bravery to try to play on with the injury... he doesn't win does he - If he goes off he is a Sook , he stays on for a shot and...

Thats what we did last year in what was the most boring game of football ever seen, It was a matter of who was going to breakdown first and it was us... hope RL comes up with a better plan this year or I'll fall asleep

Give Blake some credit, anyone who can play over 100 AFL games can't be a dud... He is probably the most versatile player in the AFL I've seen him play against Aaron Sandilands and Aaron Davey. How many players do you think could do that? that's why he keeps his place in the side. He has a big hart ...

For me Ross Lyon, I think he will clearly make his mark as an astute coach. IMO he tried to emulate the Swans game plan in the first half of last season, realised that the saints are a different outfit, he gave then some lattitude to go back toward a more attacking side thats wht we won most of our ...

lets wish Gards all the best with his fathers illness

SAINT Michael Gardiner's place in tonight's NAB Cup semi-final against Essendon is in doubt after his father had a heart attack. The former All-Australian ruckman, who is yet to play a home and away game with St Kilda after being sacked by West Coast midway through 2006, was last night deciding whet...
