He's only 20. Not 21 until early 2013.

Re: Stkilda vs Gold Coast match day thread
Where's the love for Armo? Thought he played his best game since Tassie.

Rookie Coaches
If I'm correct only one of the rookie coaches, Sanderson, won this weekend. Even figjam, who had a much easier transition, didn't win. Give Watters some credit, we are a week behind other teams in our preparation thanks to the Bombers, we had to travel and even though Port were wooden spooners, they...

Re: Sandringham vs Port Melbourne Sat 17th
Wilkes just seemed more comfortable forward. Ran well and provided a target. Markworth, Dunnell and Shenton all had a maturity about them probably because they are that little bit older. They worked well as a forward group. Maybe we are seeing our forward set up of the future. Ross also. It's a pity...

Re: Sandringham vs Port Melbourne Sat 17th
Winmar, Markworth, Wilkes (when he went forward), Shenton, Ross, Minchington were some of the best. Good on the boys for turning the game around. They looked gone for all money in the first quarter.

Re: NAB Challenge R4 Magpies v Saints GAME THREAD
WTF, criticising Saad's run up to kick for goal. He kicked it didn't he? Collingwood have kicked a lot of points.

Re: NAB Challenge R4 Magpies v Saints GAME THREAD
The scoreline at this stage I reckon reflects the fact that we have played one less pre season full game than Collingwood. Collingwood have one more game to iron out their bugs. The commentators are very annoying they are very Collingwoodcentric. Having said that though Collingwood should be miles a...

Re: Open Training Thurs 15th
Thought Wilkes looked ordinary in the earlier session, dropped two gimme marks. Grammie was with the senior squad, but didn't see Schneider. Ray, Polo and Winmar with the earlier group. Curren was running around the boundary on his own, didn't appear to be injured. No Clarke.

Re: Nettlefold - Do you have confidence?
Maybe after our dismal start to last year and the fact we had missed out on 2 premiership opportunities, Nettlefold himself had some doubts about RL going forward but he wanted to hedge his bets. So he didn't push the issue of the contract extension. It remains to be seen whether he has redeemed him...

Agree. Great initiative but is difficult to read....too much stuff on the page and difficult to distinguish the posts.
