Player development has been an issue for years. We now have ( what I believe as well as many who have much greater knowledge than me ) one of the best in the business. Slightly disagree here. Max spent a lot of time goal kicking. Still there well after the players left. Worked on kicking 50m every time- even from the goal square

Generally takes a few weeks to work out their game plan etc. They’ve been worked out.

You don’t have to have lots of stats to be an integral part of the teams success
