Re: Who is going to Friday Intra Club?
Traffic warning- Centre Road Rail crossing in Bentleigh is closed and yes you'd be right in thinking but that's miles from Sandrngham, but if the traffic chaos from the North Rd/McKinnon Rd closures are anything to go by, Neapean Highway and all the parallel roads were chaos.

Re: What should Roo say to Carlisle???
First of all, it's clear from the on-ground behaviour saying Essendon as a club is f***** and you've been acting out the frustration and anger as to the fact those bastards put stuff into your body which you still don't what it was you were injected with. So I get the anger and sense of betrayal, bo...

I too am gobsmacked that the AFLPA just went after its "inquiries" they felt nothing to see here. Q: Ant, mate, mate, did you have any idea about this, and the legal and moral ramifications for your client, plus we're wondering uf you understand the duty of care towards him? A: Nope. Respo...

I'm going to ask a simple question here. But what happens if Carlisle says he doesn't want to go to Hawthorn? What happens then? BTW Richmond put out a statement denying they had sought to talk about Carlisle within about 5 minutes of that interview. Virtually accused him of being a liar. I just tho...

No more Sunday twilight games they really are a poor time slot! Agreed and just to help the muddle headed wombats at Channel 7 work out the twilight fixture-run games out of W.A. at the Eastern twilight time eg 430 which means a 230 start in WA. And alternate with games in Queensland where by it wo...

Re: Jake Carlisle
I just don't think they (Essendon) are in any position to call the shots. WADA & the CAS hearing sits off on stage left, and this time next year they may not have a team to play. Plus a player has to be willing to be traded and if any players agreed to a trade I'd think they have rocks in their ...

Re: Weagles free kicks
Yes it stinks because again I hold the naïve view that this is supposed to be a fair and equal competition and not open to influence. But umpiring is quite clearly open to influence whether it be the "crowd frees" the continual re-interpretation of rules often mid-game or even mid-quarter....

Re: Weagles free kicks
The free kicks against, ie 6 to St Kilda against 23 to WC, INCLUDE 3 "out on the full". That means St.Kilda received only 3 free kicks "in the field of play" for the whole game. Basic intelligence will tell you that it is not possible for a team (West Coast) to give away ONLY 3 ...

And no-one challenged Dermie when he had the "oh come on, he was only a teeny bit over the limit"
_And that meant Hodge only teeny bit broke the law.
I'd be surprised if he only had pots of beer- he has the income and means to hit the top shelf spirits which would edplain his reading.

Down here at the Sandy game i was beginning to think those whackers got off the plane frm Perth and continued the same umpiring from last night.,
It ' s the ever evolving interpretation of the holding the ball and incorrect disposal that get me.

After the votes were handed out after last week's game, I wondered what more Savage had to do to get a vote.
He played s great game, and the running down iof Stevie Johnson was the individual highlight of the season.
And yes it stuffed Geelong last night.

Honestly there are two things Roos has to do as coach. Number 1 teach them actual football skills and decision making. Their kicking and handballing are really poor and not up to standard. It's all very well to teach the players some gee whiz you beaut game plan when they can't even kick properly. A...

I have to admit the kid was awesome but was it a set up by ch 7? How did het get all the gear etc? Ling interviewed him at 3qtr time, apparently he was in the umpire rooms before the game and they gave him he gear and signatures etc. What did Ray Chamberlain wear home then? Either his school unifor...
