This thread gives me no confidence.
So basically the club and some on here think that Goose is good enough for the 1's without form...fitness is his only issue....
I simply don't agree....hope I am wrong...
I just think Goose gives away far too many frees, will find out tomorrow I suppose....

well they changed the rules on him while he was out with that horrible broken leg.

the other issue is the gameplan. i think he responded to gt's style a bit better and has struggled to adapt to the more accountable brand demanded by the new regime.

goose never has been and probably never will be the dour, defensive, close-checking type.

at his best he's a strong, aggressive chb who can dominate the air across half back. at his worst he's ... well we saw a bit of it last year.
