According to the 'football experts' on here, if they come to St Kilda they are no good.

But D Rath, he is 100% a serious grab! He came to Hawks in 2004 and has been credited widely with transforming their kicking, play style and efficiency for 12 years and just a few GF Cups!!

Reading that article, with his experience and diverse skills, he looks like a really excellent get. Well done to the club. We’re starting to have a strong influence from Hawthorn’s dominance early this decade. Excellent news.

They may not, but if they are gaining anyone from the remaining 4 clubs they would keep it quiet for now.

They have beefed up other football roles, and Roughead is meant to be doing some coaching as part of his duties

ie
Roughead will be with St Kilda for at least the next three years working across:
- list management,
- the club’s leadership and mentoring program, (This is an aspect of coaching)
- performing a match day role (note stated what this is but could involve coaching duties?)
- and working with some of the club’s emerging key position players.
