It's always sad to see a decent and hardworking bloke getting moved on. Such is the nature of coaching in the AFL. Matt Finnis will probably be feeling pretty bad about that reference to Richo's family, but I'm sure that he and Richo will have sorted it out amicably.... it's clear that they both respect each other. As far as "spelling" goes , well being pedantic doesn't help matters (IMHO)
