I wouldn't mind seeing the Saints draft a McAdam type even though he is 23. There are some hidden gems floating around in the SANFL and WAFL.

Pretty sure we would or are taking a look at the nephew of Gilbert McAdam.

I see other clubs have had success with "mature age recruits" but I don't think we can develop them.
We have a few guys who are very good VFL players but cant make the jump to good AFL players.
Would they be any different ?

I like this idea parkey, I think we need think laterally in order to improve our list… a couple of million dollar recruits and some more 18 years olds isn't going to get it done.

Just have to look at Tim Kelly, we need that.

It was a shame Milera didn't work out for us.

I not convinced that Lonie is a good measuring stick, you might as well judge the kid against Tom Lee or Justin Sweeney.
