At last! We have something to do and on one of normally the most boring days of the year.

Sadly, the crowd will be shyte - cricket has stolen any PR we may have had, plus Saints fans don’t
bother much with away games.

Last year we had 26K on a Friday night for Norf vs Us

We really need 40K to get a gig next year IMO

Not really a fair comparison. Last year's game featured the reigning premiers and a finalist from the year before.

Anything over 30k is good result given the weather forecast for the Easter weekend.

You make some good points

But the reason we never get any marquee games is because none of our fans turn up .
That afl fat cats get million dollar bonuses by ensuring crowd figures at a certain level each year . A small crowd at this game just shows them that we are not worthy of such marquee games.

I hate to say it but crowd might be fairly small. We are not a lock for the 8, North are wooden spoons contenders so not a lot of interest in the game except for our fans plus families will be away for Easter.
I'll be there however as it may be one of the only large wins we have this year.
