Can anyone that has been along to a previous B&F care to say how it was? I've always been tempted to go along to one but have never really been in the position too. This year is different, however, so I'd be keen to hear about previous experiences?

worth going to make up your own mind
Price this year is less and given the change of date they must be assuming many who would have are not able

they are looking to have the evening finish about 10.30

and whilst some go signature/ photo hunting - I just soak up the atmosphere.

I am assuming the feel will be differant this year to the past few- 2009. 2010 sadness, 2011 similiar to 2006- tough with coach recently departed. and in recent years the BUBBLE was in position.
from other events this year - there is a greater openness and I would assume this will follow through to B&F

Hope there is a live stream again this year. Was interesting to watch last year for those who can't get there or can't afford to get there.

Lucky to be going this year as normally we are away the first week of October. Just wondering from anyone who has gone previously, is it worth parking at Central Pier for $20 valet parking or is Etihad ok distance wise?

or go to Harbour town or new quay - for anything from $5 - harbour town with alittle walk through new quay
or $10 at new quay for 7 hours .
