a must-win game.
their fans think they are a chance and i will not be able to cope with their gloating if they somehow fluke a win against us.

I'd rather drop the geelong game.... and I hope the points and % we deny them are the exact points and % they miss the finals by.bigcarl wrote:a must-win game.

Not a game I had circled in my fixture I must admit, though of course a win and setting a new club record would be fantastic.Thinline wrote:How about we give the Kanga' a bit of a touch up first, eh.
It's only the scum that brings out the sadist in me.... I want to see children in carlscum jumpers crying, and their flags in tatters on the ground...

How sweet would that be if we knock off the Kangas and then the Blues - club records for 12 in a row on two counts! Couldn't happen to a nicer team.F_Q_F wrote:Have we already beaten the Kangaroos?Go Sainters Go wrote:To knock off Carlscum in Round 12 gives us, I think, 12 wins in a row.
How good is that.
Go Sainters.
Edit- I now realise you might have been talking just about Carlton, my mistake if so.

I don't want to see the children crying, for they know not what they are. It's the parents who I want to see crying!markp wrote:Not a game I had circled in my fixture I must admit, though of course a win and setting a new club record would be fantastic.Thinline wrote:How about we give the Kanga' a bit of a touch up first, eh.

Not really, the thread isn't titled "Forget North" or a mention of "after 11 in a row". I think it's just a very healthy hatred of all things carlton.Pwoit wrote:This thread is going to look silly if we lose to North.
Oh wait i mis-read this thread we've already beaten North and round 12 is the next gme
Silly me .....

The OP is about knocking off the Blues in Round 12....and does not mention winning 12 in a row. So nothing wrong with the OP.Pwoit wrote:This thread is going to look silly if we lose to North.

Silly me .....
I too hope that we knock off the Blues in Round 12.
Apart from the Cats and Hawks game....in the H&A the Blues game is the one that I most want the Saints to win.
And in many ways the Blues game is the one I most want....as there is nothing as sweet as knocking off the Blues.....except maybe a GF
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....

Go Sainters.
Not only could it be 12 wins in a row this year for us (12 zip) BUT ALSO
12 wins in a row knocking off Carlscum.

we should make a special point of crushing them every time.
the win-loss gap between them and us is greater than between any other two teams (i think) and it is in their favour.
we need to smash them every time until 2057 (or some such ridiculous stat) to even it up.
aside from anything else, i've a couple of blue scum-supporting mates who will really give it to me when we do drop one against them. i can't bear the thought of their gloating faces.

Totally agree with this thread.
There are 14 other teams I would sooner lose to than those Criminals from Carlton, and that includes Geelong.
We need to make Carlton pay and pay and pay and then pay some more.
