Not a game I had circled in my fixture I must admit, though of course a win and setting a new club record would be fantastic.

I've said it before on this forum. Carlscum are our Number 1 enemy and always will be. It goes back a long, long way. The players should wear their anti-flu masks when we play them in Rd 12. They are pigs.

The OP is about knocking off the Blues in Round 12....and does not mention winning 12 in a row. So nothing wrong with the OP.

I too hope that we knock off the Blues in Round 12.

Apart from the Cats and Hawks game....in the H&A the Blues game is the one that I most want the Saints to win.

And in many ways the Blues game is the one I most want....as there is nothing as sweet as knocking off the Blues.....except maybe a GF

12 wins in a row knocking off Carlscum.

The run has been great but last year at the 'G when they really, really expected to knock us over... The disbelief was beautiful.

we should make a special point of crushing them every time.

the win-loss gap between them and us is greater than between any other two teams (i think) and it is in their favour.

we need to smash them every time until 2057 (or some such ridiculous stat) to even it up.

aside from anything else, i've a couple of blue scum-supporting mates who will really give it to me when we do drop one against them. i can't bear the thought of their gloating faces.

I think BJ has it sussed, just take it one week at a time.I hate Carlton as much as anyone but imo we need to focus on each team week by week so we dont get ahead of ourselves.

Totally agree with this thread.

There are 14 other teams I would sooner lose to than those Criminals from Carlton, and that includes Geelong.

We need to make Carlton pay and pay and pay and then pay some more.
