Very very scrappy disposal wise (courteousy of the wind).

Consensus seems to be that the hardest runnig team will win.

NB 1.3.9
Sandy 1.0.6

Reported that both Clarkes are playing really well and that Maguire has been super aggressive.

Simpkin has shot from about 40m out, directly infront (after a 50m penalty) = Out of bounds.

Lynch presenting well

Sandringham have had 3 shots at goal in the last 5min all from about 40m= out of bounds.

Xavier Clarke kicks a goal that is disallowed due to holding

1/4 time

NB 2.3.15
Sandy 1.0.6

Sandy had the wind.

Rap
Sandy not adjusting well to the wind... very wasteful up forward, lots of out of bounds, very Saunter orientated.

Saints
Maguire reported to be very dominant down back. Very good tackling. Still has a booming kick.

Raph and X both playing well.
Raph sounds like he's been very composed and calculating; sounds very much like he's plsying quarter back
X playing as midfielder, getting lots of the ball but not particularly damaging

Armitage
Lots of the ball, strong attack but very wasteful

McEvoy popping in and out of the game doing ok. Not working hard enough around the ground...
commentators feel Mcvoy and Stanley should get down forward and present more.

Lynch trying hard in a day not suited for the big men

X gets the ball away from the pack, runs forward, kicks it to the top of the square where Luke Miles takes the mark!!!

didn't know he was playing

Miles makes no mistake

While I was typing that, Gilchrist kicked a goal too

Goal to NB on the run while I was typing that

NB 3.3. 21
Sandy 3.0.18

Saunter kicks a goal following good work from McEvoy (who they don't seem to be manning up on at the moment)

Saints midfielders working very very hard

Xavier is at risk of leather posioning
Raph playing with desperation (2 smothers this 1/4)

NB 3.3. 21
Sandy 4.0.24

Ball has just been going from 1 end to the other for 10min or so with NB finally kicking a behind

Have heard the namesStanley, Simpkin, Leigh Fisher, Howard all once this quarter

Maguire off with cramps

Armitage has apparently racked up 12-3 possessions this 1/4

Miles doing very well... marking strongly

NB 3.3. 22
Sandy 4.0.24

Free kick to Cartledge directly infornt after Raph put him down really hard and high (not reported)

NB 4.4. 28
Sandy 4.0.21

NB player has a shot at goal, goes through for a behind and the wind blows it back in play

That's the 1/2 time score

Goals to Saunter, Miles, Gallagher, Gilchrist

Best amongst the Saints are X and Armitage both getting heaps of the ball, Raph and Maguire doing well, McEvoy doing ok w/o being dominant.
Miles has been lively too.

Not much to mention about the rest

Wouldn't know that Leigh Fisher, Eljay and Howard were playing especially considering they are all in the backline which is where the ball has been for the majority of that 1/4

Simpkin, Stanley and Lynch's names all bob up every once in a while

enjoy the rest of the game boys

Still 16 down, must be about halfway thru the last, can't make a dent on them.

Went off with just some cramping in the second quarter.
