Had a terrific pre-season ... he has changed his dieting and sleeping habits, training a lot harder and all his times and stats were better ... played really well in the practice game a couple of weeks ago, but has injured his hamstring slightly ... not sure of severity.

Ross Lyon named him on radio the other day and said he expected him to play 22 games this year.

Not sure about a fantastic pre season. Has missed about 6 of the last seven weeks with injury. No hope of playing in ones until at least round 3 if not later.
