X, Kos, Bally, BJ and a few others

were all just having breakie on hampton street! gave em a big 'Carn the saints'!!

they all look super fit - kos looks lean and Bj looks massive. Bally needs a hairy

good on ya mate, I'm at Uni atm and I'm about to head off to training, can't wait to see Bally's head for myself, I've heard he needs a hairy from a few people now...

There have been so many posts about his hair, is it really so bad?

I'm not normally a brekkie person, but that is some brunch company that I could certainly make an exception

Kosi did nothing at training today apart from running a few laps.

BJ came out very late with his left knee strapped and did nothing but demonstrate his golf swing to one of the training staff.

Bally still looks like a golliwog and looks the fittest I've seen him for a couple of years, although he appeared to have a twinge in the groin late in the session and took no further part.

Thanks for the pic, I actually think it's not too bad....he is working with the curls, maybe just some product?
