Membership pack mail out info

Happy new year to all and let's hope it's a good year for the Saints !

This year I upgraded my adult membership to a family membership.
I received my members pack weeks ago but the others in the family haven't. I rang the club today and the problem was that because I paid online they hadn't run out the member's details from that yet. I was told the other packs will be mailed within 10 days.

Anyone that upgraded online might want to make sure the club has the details needed.
hope this hasn't been posted before.

I rolled over my family membership via telephone and still haven't received all packs yet. In fact I've only got one out of six membership packages that should be coming to our house.
Ring the club every week. Get sick of the excuses.

Still haven't recieved anything from the three sposed to be coming our way. Figure it'll get here when it gets here.

agreed i talked to the club last week and they said the next set of packs would be sent out soon. Still no sign of them!
