Get Together

I know we have some eated disagreements on this forum so this may be a little dangerous, however I am suggesting that maybe we have a Saintsational social day where we all get together for a barbeque or something.

Would think the weekend before the season would be good, as most of us may still have some optimism for the coming season.

Anyone interested?

being web based, surely a few of the boffins can knock together a live nationwide conference call to a multi-location event.

Then again, we do associate with St. Kilda, so we'd probably end up with two blokes with a landline hooked up to a loudspeaker.

I'd be keen but I live in Perth so that makes it a bit tough , but I like the concept . (might need to look into some sort of crowd control but

I think its a great idea ...obviously each state will have to organise its own get together for logistical reasons.

For Melbourne Saintsationalists how about the upstairs bar at the corner Hotel in Richmond??.

A great vibe there ,good food and a stones throw from the G...real footy territory and would be a great meeting place for any G games this year.

Don't worry about the potential for conflict betwwen posters...my experience is that a lot of angst dissapates when people finally get face to face over a cold one...

Remember wanting to rip Barks apart before I met him ...now we just agree to differ on many issues for alll time and laugh about it...joffa and I also buried any drama and now enjoy each others company...

Bring it on...so for now a vote for the roof top bar at the corner just down from the Ricmond station.
