agree with eastern- seems to have a month missing.
actually saintbrat now I think about it I had to contact The Age also at the end of last year.
They seem to be a bit clueless......I think it is their fault not the clubs fault, as The Age made the offer, not the club so to speak.
I just spoke to The Age, they have ammended my subscription.
The phone chick has had 3 calls today already, and has altered management (Caro or Connolly?!!) that the database is rooted and we all need a full year so it rolls over properly!
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
But even so for $25 it is unblelievable value !!!!
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!
My letter said subscription starts 26/12..but havent received anything yet.
Rang my newsagent this morning..they claimed the Age had not advised them to start deliveries..and told me quite abruptly to sort it out with the Age..no offer to ring them themselves and sort it out..good customer service..not
I ring the Age..after 20 mins on hold Im told they advised my Newsagent on 19/12, two days before they even sent me the letter. They rang my Newsagent, called me back and told me that my Newsagent wasnt reading his computer properly and that my deliveries will start Friday.
Sheesh...so if I hadnt made the effort to ring and just waited I'd never have got any papers

so that you can get your arms far enough apart to read the bloody thing !!
