It just kills me that the ground looks like undergoing a mini re development, and we have to move to a souless place like Seaford. Just kills me.

Maybe one of the irish trainees could "demolish" the grandstands a bit quicker.

My reading of it is that the social club stand will stay because we have a lease on the pokie venue until 2040. Can anyone confirm or deny this? !!

The SC stand will stay cos its got to house our administration AND gym/changing facilities for 18 months by the looks of it..as well as the pokies

Interestingly there is no sign of the CEO, John Nevins, in the video. He is the one who makes the quotes in the media release and who Archie thanks.
