It happened right in front of where i was sitting in Aisle 15,nothing in it from Kosi's point of view,i thought the umpire ran over to Kosi and Simmonds to give them a warning,in fact,he spoke more to Simmonds, probably told him he was a wanker........

He tried to hit Simmonds in the guts but hit his arm instead and slightly pulled it. Unfortunately, it was right in front of the emergency umpire so if it is not on video he is in trouble. Remember, Saints players tend to get get the book thrown at them in these circumstances.

He was upset that Simmonds had bumped him as he was kicking the ball. Once again, it was his lack of awareness that contributed to it.

My tip - 2 weeks.

Quick ring up Kosi and get him to change his last name to Goodes by deed poll ;)

If it's the incident I saw on TV it was clealy captured on a replay.
Simmonds kneed Kosi when Kosi was on the gound following a tackle. Didn't seem much in Kosi's reply but who knows what's a strike these days.
Nonetheless would be surprised if it came to anything.

If its what I think the report is for I'd be surprised if it isn't thrown out.

Didn't see that bit as we were on level three and can't see the boundary line action. Should mitigate his actions if he was kneed.

Maybe but unfortunately the "strike" from Kosi happened a bit after he got up and ran a few metres.

It looked like BS though - the sort of stuff that gets thrown out each week.

Allessio stands on baker, baker reflex kicks gets 2 weeks, down to 1 week on appeal as the AFL doesn't approve retaliaion, allessio standing (not just stepping over, but standing, on baker, was accidental...how the hell to accidently remain standing on someone?

lenny hayes 2 weeks for 'attempted' striking...ATTEMPTED???

kosi will be shot.

I havent seen it at all and hope it is thrown out. But my concern is that these days, even attempting to strike may warrant suspension

who knows, surely they will show it on sunday footy show as i wanna actually see what happened if it was caught on camera

If Hall got 7, Kosi will get 8 and have to surrender his first born male child.

Throw it out or start giving every jumper punch, tummy tap 1 week...there would not be any players available for their Dream Legend (whatever) match next week.

Nothing in it from what I saw. But for the Saints = 2 weeks or 1 week for an early plea
Just want consistency - but I guess we have been pleading that for a long time now without any success

From what I saw on the replay there should be nothing in it, and the charge should be withdrawn.

Of course, who knows what the MRP will actually decide?

Agree..having watched the reply today....it did not look like much at all.

Also just prior to that noted on the replay Simmonds kneeing Kosi while he was on the ground...which is why osi hada go back.
