Accessing Saintsational from Tapatalk

Hi there. I’ve been using Tapatalk to access Saintsational for years, but it’s stopped working recently, and is showing a “There’s a problem with the forum. Please contact the forum admin or try again later (Code - 5)”. I’ve tried reinstalling app to no avail. Has anyone else faced this problem? Any ideas?

I still get notifications if someone quotes me but the forum won’t open.
