Someone's behaving after a smack. Good to see. Training seems to be going well.

Still some concerns, forward line is a big concern, foot skills just as big, and the ruck rests on one mans shoulder because there is no one even close to being able to share the duties.

Add max plus either Campbell or Hayes and problem solved. Reckon the footskills are ok for this time of year

was just some of my own observations from watching training, I'm looking forward to seeing how we go when the practice games start

On a scale of 1 to 10, my guess is about 7-8

There's a long way to go as far as I can see but if we can get the recruiting right over the next few years then anything is possible, probably will need a big cull at the trade table this year.

Sounds about right. But the really good sides can execute under extreme pressure. Will be interesting to see how we go against top sides in pressure games. Hard to replicate at training. Personally I think we will go ok

Agree, it's only January so every team is slapping themselves on the back this time of year, we go into the first half of the season either without Kingy completely, or an underdone Kingy, either way it's going to take at-least half a season to get our structure/spine in place, our next biggest weakness, our depth, will then hopefully have not taken any more hits with injury. What I'd like to see is us not put in place a make shift game plan to suit Kingy not being there, even if we have to play VFL grade FFs to help the rest of the team continue working the plan.

Suggestion from V v.5 being?: have a game plan that assumes certain players that are not on the field are actually on the field.
Can't see anything wrong with that. May need some meetings to bed down the concept but that's what coaches are for.
Creating imaginary players could be the new black.
As long as you can also assume the game score and the opposition are fine with that.
Assume that mark in the goal square was taken. Goal kicked.
While we are at it can we assume skills in the 9-10 level on the scale, 7-8 for a side that hasn't played finals for a few years seems too conservative.

Approximately 9:30 to 12. Club will be closed so you’ll have to get in through the park gates etc

Just for reference, which team runs at 10 for skills?
