Ratts needs to be replaced by Bucks!!!

He is a nice guy Ratts but he is not what we need going forward. He has no tactical nous of the modern game of AFL. He still thinks that bombing it to the hotspot works. We will never threaten the top 4 with this mentality. This is Richo 2.0.

If we want St Kilda to take the next step we either go for Clarko (but he is going to either GWS or GCS), or more likely, Buckley. You just have to listen to his special comments during the game to realize how good a coach he is. And I get the impression he would love to coach us.

Twelve years in a row of being s*** is just a bridge too far. We as supporters deserve better than this. If I was lethers I would be speaking to Bucks right after this game.

This is the exact attitude that has ensured that we are the worst club in the history of the VFL/AFL. We need to be ruthless and remove players/coaches that are not good enough. Ratts is a great father figure to the players but as a coach he lacks the nous of the best modern day coaches. Ratts would be great as a director of coaching but not as a head coach

If the club is desperate to win it's 28th spoon then yes, it may look to Buckley to help it achieve that aim, if they want to aim higher than that they'll
either stick with Ratten/Rath or look for a coach who has had premiership success.
